Where We Ship

Miss Vero Nails currently ships within the United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet!

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its status.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than a week, contact us at msveronails@gmail.com, and we’ll help investigate.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at msveronails@gmail.com with your order number.

For damaged orders, please keep the packaging and include photos of the package and affected items so we can help resolve the issue
